“The Coconut Chronicles: Two Guys, One Caribbean Dream House (Large Print)” by Patrick Youngblood

Who is Patrick Youngblood?

Patrick Youngblood and his husband Michael Wiack first traveled to Vieques, Puerto Rico in 2003. They bought a house on the island in 2004 and spent several adventure-filled years struggling with fate and Puerto Rican bureaucracy to renovate their new home.

Patrick’s interest in home renovation springs from his lifelong fascination with architecture and design. He holds a Ph.D. in art history from the University of London and has published articles in the New York Times, Burlington Magazine and History Today.

For the past 20 years he has lived and worked in Washington, D.C.

Testimonials

“In one form or another I have been writing my entire adult life. I have worked with many different traditional publishers, newspapers and literary agents around the world. I truly wish I would have found Ant Press sooner. My experience working with this company has been nothing short of amazing. Not only are they the very best in the business – but what sets them apart from the lot is that they truly care. They care not only about your writing and your success – but they also care about you as a person. They are not happy with the status quo and they go above and beyond to ensure all of their clients are 100% satisfied. They are responsive, thorough, meticulous and detailed. They really made this experience as stress-free as possible.

I highly recommend Ant Press, Victoria Twead and Jacky Donovan. Had I found Ant Press sooner I would have eliminated a lot of pain from my career as a writer and author.”
